Han har efterf\u00f8lgende ledet og skaleret danske v\u00e6kstvirksomheder blandt andet som CEO i Penneo fra den tidlige fase i 2014 og frem til b\u00f8rsnoteringen i 2020.<br \/>\nHan var desuden co-founder af Sprint365, en Microsoft partner med fokus p\u00e5 hurtigere implementering af Dynamics 365. I dag ejer og driver han marketingfirmaet Moneyweb.ai og stiller team og erfaring til r\u00e5dighed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Den r\u00f8de tr\u00e5d har altid v\u00e6ret opgaven med at lave kommercielle prioriteringer, der flytter gr\u00e6nser. S\u00e5ledes opereres med en meget praktisk tilgang: lige pr\u00e6cis analyse nok til at kunne v\u00e6lge spor, og derefter en tydelig plan med ansvar, rytmer og m\u00e5lepunkter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I dag arbejdes der is\u00e6r med startups, scaleups, SMV virksomheder og B2B softwarehuse, ofte t\u00e6t sammen med ledelse, bestyrelse eller investorer. Typiske opgaver er go-to-market, salgsproces og salgsorganisation, marketing og leadgenerering samt positionering og priss\u00e6tning. Forl\u00f8b bliver sat op med klare milep\u00e6le og l\u00f8bende sparring, s\u00e5 der er fremdrift uden at drukne i pr\u00e6sentationer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hovedfokus er enkelt: Tiltag og
